More images: Mahindra U321 interior spied

New images of Mahindra's upcoming MPV (codenamed U321) have surfaced online. The latest set of images reveals some more details regarding the interiors of the MPV.

The spy images indicate that the MPV will get a dual-tone interior in black and beige colours. The dashboard consists of a three-spoke steering wheel and a twin-pod instrument cluster with purple backlight and an MID screen in the centre. The gear lever with a silver trim around the knob sticks out of the centre console and also indicates that the test car had a manual transmission.

The earlier spy shots revealed trapezoidal air-conditioning vents and climate control rotary knobs with chrome inserts. Mahindra is likely to offer steering mounted controls on higher variants along with features like touchscreen infotainment, electric ORVMs, projector lamps, fog lamps with LED DRLs, alloy wheels, etc.

It is being rumoured that the Mahindra U321 MPV could get a new 1.6-litre diesel engine. This engine is believed to be from the mFalcon family of engines.
