Suzuki Hustler spied in India without camouflage

The Suzuki Hustler is a typical Japanese Kei car that has an exterior inspired by the Jimny.

The Suzuki Hustler has been spotted testing in India. The quirky little compact SUV was recently seen driving on the streets of Delhi, without any camouflage.

The Suzuki Hustler is a typical Japanese Kei car. The boxy design looks similar to the Jimny. It has an upright front fascia with circular headlamps and a slab-sided rear end with rectangular tail lamps. It has square-ish wheel arches with black cladding around them.

The Hustler has a wheelbase of 2,425 mm with extremely short overhangs. Other design details include Y-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels, pull-type door handles and roof rails.

If Maruti Suzuki is serious about launching the Hustler in India, it could replace the ageing Ignis. The new model might be positioned to take on models like the Tata Punch and Hyundai Exter.
