More images: Tata Harrier interior

New spy images showing the interiors of the Tata Harrier have surfaced online. The new images reveal a few details about the SUV's dashboard and instrument cluster.

The Harrier gets a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel with audio and phone controls as well as cruise control switches. It features a twin-dial instrument cluster with a white backlight and a central MID. Most of the dashboard has been covered in tape but parts of the centre console can be seen in the images. It seems this test vehicle hasn't been fitted with a touchscreen infotainment system. The rotary drive mode selector with various 4WD settings is placed just below the centre console and in front of the gear lever.

The Tata Harrier is expected to be offered with FCA's 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine which makes 140 BHP and is likely to be paired with a 6-speed manual and a Hyundai-sourced 6-speed automatic transmission. It is expected to be launched in the first half of 2019.
