Mahindra XUV 3XO EV spotted testing for the first time

The XUV 3XO EV will compete with the Tata Nexon.ev in the Indian market.

The pure-electric version of the Mahindra XUV 3XO has been spotted testing for the first time. Reports suggest that it could be positioned below the XUV400 in the brand’s electric SUV lineup.

The XUV 3XO EV looks almost identical to the ICE version. It has the same polarizing design, with a split headlamp setup and a protruding nose section. That being said, the electric SUV could get a reworked front bumper and a blanked-out grille. It is also likely to get new alloy wheels with plastic inserts.

The XUV 3XO EV will have a slightly smaller footprint than the XUV400. It is also expected to be powered by a 35 kWh battery pack, which will neatly position it below the XUV400. The exact specifications of the electric motors are still unclear.
