Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years unveiled at 2024 Monterey Car Week

The Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years will be limited to just 1,974 units

Porsche is celebrating 50 years since the first 911 Turbo was introduced. As part of the celebrations, the carmaker introduced a special '911 Turbo 50 Years' edition at the 2024 Monterey Car Week.

The Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years features exclusive interior and exterior styling elements which pay tribute to its predecessors. The sports car is offered in 'Turbonite Grey' - a paint scheme reserved specifically for the 911 Turbo models.

The colour is also replicated on the wheels and certain interior accents. The 911 Turbo 50 years also features vinyl graphics similar to the 911 RSR Turbo concept, along with unique turbo badging and logos all around. Inside, the seats and doors feature classic McKenzie tartan, while a unique engine cover grille and puddle lights are also on offer.

Other details include Porsche's historic crest from 1964 on the bonnet, Sport Classic wheels and Gold 'Turbo 50' and 'Porsche' logos.

Based on the current 911 Turbo S, the special edition model continues to be powered by the twin-turbo 3.7-litre flat-six engine. It produces 641 BHP and 800 Nm, allowing for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph.

The Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years will be limited to just 1,974 units and priced at GBP 200,600. Owners of the limited edition model will also get a special chronograph watch.
