Jaguar could have no new cars on sale for an entire year

The ultra-premium EV grand tourer, priced in the $125,000 range will be unveiled in December 2024.

Jaguar is working on a brand-new electric vehicle.

The upcoming model will come in the form of an ultra-premium grand tourer, priced in the $125,000 range. The EV will be unveiled in December, but will not go on sale before 2026. This means that Jaguar will not build or sell any new models for at least a year.

Jaguar hasn't even confirmed when it starts to start production of the upcoming EV. However, once launched, the EV gran tourer is expected to be the brand's most powerful car to date.

Jaguar already announced its plans to end production of its entire product lineup, apart from the F-Pace SUV. Models like the XE, XF and F-Type are already dead, while the E-Pace & I-Pace will be discontinued by the year-end. The F-Pace too is headed for discontinuation but will do so sometime in 2025.
