Maruti Suzuki continued to dominate the sales chart in July 2021. The list of the top 10 best-selling cars includes 8 models from the Maruti stable, 1 model from the South Korean carmaker, and 1 from Tata.

The WagonR was the best-selling car last month with 22,386 units. It was followed by Swift, Baleno, and Ertiga. The Hyundai and Tata models in the top 10 list included the Creta and the Nexon.

The top 10 cars sold in July 2021 are:

• Maruti Swift - 18,434
• Maruti Baleno - 14,729
• Maruti Ertiga - 13,434
• Hyundai Creta - 13,000
• Maruti Alto - 12,867
• Maruti Vitara Brezza - 12,676
• Maruti Dzire - 10,470
• Tata Nexon - 10,287
• Maruti Eeco - 10,057

The overall sales went up to 2,94,330 units in July 2021 from 2,55,397 units in June 2021.

Maruti has a market share of 45.44%, while Hyundai's share is 16.32%. Tata (10.26%), Mahindra (7.07%), and Kia (5.10%) complete the top five.
