Renault India has announced that it plans to launch the next-generation Renault Kiger and Triber in the second half of 2025.
The Kiger hasn't received any major updates since its launch. But now, instead of a midlife facelift, Renault has decided to introduce a new generation altogether. Hence, we can expect the Kiger to feature a heavily revised exterior and interior in line with the brand's current design philosophy.
Similarly, the Triber has only received minor feature updates throughout its lifetime. With the new-gen model, we can expect a big update, along with a complete design makeover.
However, both models are likely to retain the same set of engines as the current generation. These include 1.0-litre naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol units.
Renault has also confirmed a "premium SUV" for 2026. It is likely to be the new-gen Duster, which was expected to be launched this year.
