Honda CB200X launched at Rs. 1.44 lakh

The CB200X uses the same engine as the Hornet 2.0 and will compete with the Hero XPulse.

Honda has launched a new ADV-style bike called the CB200X. It will compete with the Hero XPulse and is priced at Rs. 1,44,500 (ex-showroom).

The CB200X features a half-fairing with a V-shape headlamp, a short windscreen, knuckle guards, a stepped seat and an engine bash plate. It comes with an LCD instrument cluster with a start-stop switch as well as hazard lamps.

The CB200X uses the same engine as the Hornet 2.0. It’s a 184cc, single-cylinder unit that produces 17 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 16.1 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The bike comes equipped with upside-down forks at the front and has a mono-shock at the rear. The ground clearance is 167 mm. The brake setup consists of petal-type discs at the front and rear.
