The Maruti Suzuki S-Cross facelift will be launched in the upcoming festive season, while the bookings have now opened. The car can be booked at any NEXA showroom with an initial payment of Rs. 11,000. The updated S-Cross will be available in four variants - Sigma, Delta, Zeta, Alpha.

The new S-Cross gets revised exterior styling consisting of a new chrome grille and bonnet, LED projector headlights with integrated DRLs, LED tail lights and dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels now shod in the wider 215/60 R16 rubber.

Maruti has also upgraded the interior of the crossover with new soft touch materials for the dashboard, chrome accent trim and new seat fabrics. The centre console finished in piano black houses an updated touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support.

The new model will be offered with just one engine option - a 1.3-liter, 4-cylinder DDiS 200 SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle from Suzuki) diesel engine. The S-Cross gets features like idle-start-stop, brake energy regeneration, torque assist and a gearshift indicator.

The S-Cross gets a host of active and passive safety features including dual airbags, ABS with EBD rear seat ISO-FIX child seat safety mount as standard on all the variants. Maruti also claims that the car is compliant with upcoming crash test norms including front, front-offset, side impact crash tests as well as pedestrian safety.

It comes in five exterior colours options - Nexa Blue (new), Pearl Arctic White, Caffeine Brown, Premium Silver and Granite Grey.
