Ola Electric has announced that customer deliveries of the Roadster X electric bike will start from May 23. The deliveries might begin in phases, starting with Bangalore.
Ola launched its first electric motorcycle, the Roadster X, in February this year. Deliveries were initially planned for March but were delayed twice. The e-bike comes with three battery options: 3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh, and 6 kWh, priced between Rs 84,999, and Rs 1.85 lakh.
The Roadster X is equipped with a conventional telescopic fork at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, while braking is handled by a single disc up front and a drum brake at the rear.
The bike has three riding modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport. Other features include cruise control, regenerative braking, brake-by-wire with single-channel ABS, and a reverse mode.
