MG Astor bookings open; deliveries start in November 2021

The Astor is available in five variants - Style, Super, Smart, Sharp and Savvy. Prices start at Rs. 9.78 lakh (ex-showroom).

MG Motor India has opened the order books for the Astor. Customers can now book the car by paying a token amount of Rs. 25,000. Deliveries will commence from November 2021.

The prices for the top-spec 'Savvy' trim ranges from Rs. 15.78 lakh to Rs. 17.38 lakh. This variant comes equipped with the Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). It includes features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Prevention and Speed Assist.

The MG Astor is available with two engine options. These include a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol unit producing 138 BHP and 230 Nm and a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated motor that puts out 109 BHP and 144 Nm. The former is available with an automatic transmission, while the 1.5-litre engine comes with the option of a manual and CVT.
