KTM 390 Adventure to be launched in 2019

KTM has confirmed that it will launch the 390 Adventure in India in 2019. The new model will be the smallest adventure bike in KTM's line up, which includes the 1090 Adventure, 1090 Adventure R, 1290 Super Adventure S and 1290 Super Adventure R.

The 390 Adventure will share its underpinnings with the 390 Duke. It will feature a slightly modified chassis with suspension components tuned for off-road duties. 

The KTM 390 Adventure is expected to get the same 373.2 cc, single-cylinder engine as the 390 Duke. This unit produces 43 BHP and 37 Nm of torque and is paired with a 6-speed transmission.

The KTM 390 Adventure will compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the upcoming BMW G310 GS in the Indian market.
