Had a good experience at Mahindra's workshop, compared to 6 months ago

There is still much more pending, but it was much better than I was expecting.

BHPian rpmmachine recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

Went to Punj Mahindra Hoshiarpur (PB) for the lower arm replacement. The service adviser was very helpful. As my service was scheduled for this replacement, he quickly assigned someone for the job.

After the replacement, I was informed about the latest version available for the Diesel AX7L AT - 10.31.81, whereas mine was 10.27.61. Since my CarPlay was not working (2/10), I immediately gave the green light for the update.

After the update, I was informed by the same (COTAK) guy who deals with the software that the soot collection was about 14 and that regen would take place around 18, so he performed a forced regen.

Overall, it took 5 hours for everything, but my experience at Punj Mahindra was completely different from what it was like 6 months ago.

I would like to congratulate Mahindra on this improvement. There is still much more pending, but it was much better than I was expecting.

I hope the team is working on improving the brand image, as Mahindra aims to capture the market.

Here are a few pictures from today's visit.
