Mahindra Thar Roxx variants, features & prices leaked!

The Thar Roxx RWD will be available in six variants – MX1, MX3, AX3L, MX5, AX5L and AX7L.

Mahindra recently announced the launch of the Thar Roxx - The highly-anticipated 5-door version of the Thar. While prices of the base petrol and diesel variants were announced during the launch event, prices of the remaining RWD variants have just leaked online.

As per the leaked document, the Thar Roxx RWD will be available in six variants – MX1, MX3, AX3L, MX5, AX5L and AX7L. The prices of the 4WD manual and automatic variants will be announced at a later date.

The official brochure of the Thar Roxx has also surfaced online. It reveals all the variant-wise equipment and features that will be on offer. Even the base MX1 variant is decently equipped. It gets LED projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, 18-inch steel wheels, a touchscreen infotainment system, rear AC vents and a USB charging port.

The MX3 variant gets a dual-tone metal top, a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control, auto-dimming IRVM and a wireless charger. Safety features include a reverse camera, all 4 disc brakes, hill hold assist, hill descent control, traction control, two drive modes – Zip and Zoom and three terrain modes – Snow, Sand and Mud.

The AX3L trim is equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen with Adrenox, built-in Alexa, automatic climate control and more. Additionally, it also gets Level 2 ADAS.

The MX5 variant gets a single-pane sunroof, auto headlamps with C-shaped LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, automatic wipers, and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. This variant also comes with an acoustic windshield and TPMS.

The AX5L trim comes with a single-pane sunroof, 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, C-shaped LED DRLs and LED fog lamps, electric parking brake with Auto Hold, front parking sensors, auto headlamps and wiper, footwell lighting, TPMS and an electronic locking differential.

The top-spec AX7L variant gets a panoramic sunroof, 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, 6-way powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, a cooled glove box, a 9-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a 65W USB charger, and power-folding ORVMs. Features like a 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor and Level 2 ADAS are also available on this variant. The off-road package includes SmartCrawl 4x4, Intelliturn 4x4 and brake locking differential.
