Festival of Speed: Track racing event for Bajaj Pulsar owners

Bajaj Auto will be conducting "Festival of Speed", a track racing event for Pulsar owners from March 5, 2016. The festival will be hosted in Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. It will consist of a track racing competition, skateboarding, bicycle motocross, stunt shows, DJ performances and rock concerts among others.

The races will be open to Pulsar motorcycles with engine capacities of 200cc and higher. Owners of Pulsar RS200 motorcycles will get a chance to compete for the grand finale after undergoing a full day of professional training at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT), Chennai. Six finalists from each of the six cities will be chosen and trained for the grand finale at the MMRT. The cost of their travel, stay and training will be borne by the company.

Bajaj hopes to involve over 40,000 riders and enthusiasts across the country through the show this year.

Entry to this festival will be free. The grand finale will be held at the MMRT on the April 16, 2016. The winner of the grand finale will be awarded the Pulsar Cup and prize money of Rs. 1 lakh.
