Triumph Trident 660 launched at Rs. 6.95 lakh

The Trident 660 is powered by a 660cc, inline 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine.

Triumph has launched its latest roadster model - the Trident 660 in India. The bike is being offered at an introductory price of Rs. 6.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Trident 660 made its global debut back in October 2020. The bike is based on a new tubular steel chassis and features upside down Showa forks at the front and an adjustable Showa monoshock at the rear.

The Trident 660 is powered by a 660cc, inline 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 80 BHP @ 10,250 rpm and 64 Nm @ 6,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip / assist clutch. Braking duties are handled by twin 310 mm disc brakes at the front and a single 255mm disc at the rear.

The bike comes with features such as a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, ride-by-wire, and switch cube GoPro control. It has two riding modes - Road and Rain, and switchable traction control which is integrated into the riding modes.

The Trident 660 is available in four colour schemes - Silver Ice / Diablo Red, Matt Jet Black / Matt Silver Ice, Crystal White and Black Sapphire. It comes with a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. The service interval is 16,000 km.
