Mahindra Thar Roxx teased ahead of August 15 debut

The Thar Roxx will be offered with the same set of engines as the standard model.

Mahindra has released another teaser of the upcoming Thar Roxx – the 5-door version of the Thar. It will be launched on August 15.

Besides being longer than the 3-door version, the Thar Roxx gets a unique front fascia with circular LED headlights and fog lamps positioned on the bumper. It will be offered with 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Inside, the Thar Roxx is expected to get features such as electrically adjustable and ventilated front seats, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, reading lamps for rear passengers, a 10.25-inch touchscreen paired with a 9-speaker Harman-Kardon audio system, a digital instrument cluster and an auto-dimming IRVM. Higher variants will get Level 2 ADAS.

The Thar Roxx will be offered with the same set of engines as the standard model. These include a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel engine paired with, either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
