The launch of the Triumph Tiger 900 has been scheduled for June 19, 2020.
The Tiger 900 is powered by an 888cc, 3-cylinder engine that produces 94 BHP @ 8,750 rpm and 87 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike has five riding modes - Rain, Road, Sport, Off-Road and Rider.
The Tiger 900 is expected to be imported as a completely knocked down (CKD) unit. Is is likely to be offered in three variants - GT Pro, Rally and Rally Pro.
The Tiger 900 features a twin LED headlamp setup and has an adjustable windscreen. The bike comes with a 7-inch instrument cluster that has Bluetooth connectivity. The Rally Pro variant gets an additional mode which turns off the ABS and traction control.
