Tata Hexa - more images

Here are some more images of the upcoming Tata Hexa crossover.

The Hexa, which is based on the Aria, was displayed at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. It has contoured bonnet, a honeycomb mesh grille with a thick chrome strip on the lower edge, projector headlamps, aggressive front bumper with a silver skid plate, wide air dam and DRLs and fog lamps, body cladding, blackened B, C and D-pillars, wraparound LED tail lamps, a roof-mounted rear spoiler and a rear bumper with a silver skid plat and chrome exhaust tips. The vehicle rides on five-spoke alloy wheels and has ORVMs with integrated turn indicators and a stubby antenna.

The interiors of the Hexa are black with silver inserts. The vehicle has a redesigned dashboard with the headlamp switch located on the right side, a new multifunction steering wheel, touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, SD Card, USB and Aux-in connectivity, climate control with Eco mode and ambient lighting. Additionally, there are six seats with seatbelts and AC vents for the second and third row.

The Hexa is powered by a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder VARICOR 400 diesel engine that puts out 154 bhp and 402 Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The images also reveal that the crossover has a rotary knob to switch between four drive modes - Auto, Comfort, Dynamic and Rough Road.
