Tata Harrier special edition sporting red interiors spied

The SUV appears to be based on the Harrier Dark and comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof.

Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the facelift versions of the Harrier and Safari sometime next year. However, prior to that, the carmaker might announce a new special edition.

The upcoming Harrier special edition has started reaching dealerships, suggesting that its launch could be just around the corner. The SUV appears to be based on the Harrier Dark. It gets an all-black exterior with subtle red details, including red brake calipers.

Inside, the Harrier special edition comes with red seat upholstery and interior trim. It has red door handles and a matching front centre armrest. Overall, this combination adds character to the car and has proved quite popular on the MG Astor.

The Harrier special edition will continue to use the same 2.0-litre diesel engine as the regular model. It produces 168 BHP and 350 Nm and comes mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
