Tata confirms price protection for cars booked before Jan 21

Customers who have booked their vehicles before this date can avail of the older pricing.

Tata Motors has announced a price hike effective from January 21, 2021. However, the company has confirmed that those customers who have booked their vehicles before this date can avail of the older pricing.

The carmaker has increased the prices of its models by up to Rs. 26,000, depending on the variant. The price hike has been the result of rising input costs and material costs of steel, precious metals and semi-conductors.

Tata Motors registered the highest ever sales in the last 33 quarters. Sales increased by 39% in FY2021 compared to the previous fiscal.
