The A-Wind is 3600 mm long, 1600 mm wide and 1540 mm high making it 100 mm longer and 50 mm taller than the A-Star. The car’s wheelbase, at 2425 mm is 65 mm more than the A-Star’s. The concept was shown with 16-inch alloys, shod with 185/55 R16 tyres.

While the concept sports by a 996 cc, 3-cylinder unit, mated to a CVT gearbox, it is unclear whether the production version will get the same.

The A-Wind’s interior has a light, two-tone theme, and is believed to be more spacious than the A-Star's.

It is said that the A-Wind will go into production next year. Maruti Suzuki is likely to display the car at the Auto Expo in February 2014.
