Spy images of the Tiago JTP have been seen on the internet over the past few days. Now, a test mule of the Tigor JTP has been spotted on the streets of Coimbatore.

This particular test car appears to be based on the XT variant, which gets ABS with EBD and Corner Stability Control, but lacks airbags. The cladding on the bumper suggests that it might get an updated rear end like the Tiago JTP as well as twin exhausts. Among the changes expected to the exterior of the car are a revised front bumper with fog lamps and a bonnet vent.

The Tigor JTP is likely be offered with a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that develops 108 BHP and 150 Nm of torque and is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Additionally, the JTP versions of the Tiago and Tigor are expected to get a tweaked suspension and larger alloy wheels.
