QWIK, customer care initiative from Mahindra

In a bid to reduce waiting time at service centres, Mahindra has launched QWIK, a customer care initiative for their range of personal vehicles.

The service features a compact workshop with one or two bays. A team of trained technicians and service advisors will man these outlets. Mahindra assure delivery of vehicles in 90 minutes or less, depending on the nature of the work. Each bay has been fitted with a timer clock to ensure precision.

While waiting for their vehicles, customers will have access to a Wi-Fi enabled air-conditioned lounge.

QWIK will encourage customers to use Mahindra’s “With you hamesha” mobile application to take prior appointments, which will enable them to activate options like pre-opening of work orders, work scheduling and parts pre-pulling, among others.

Mahindra launched the first QWIK facility in Chennai recently. The company plans to launch more facilities in prominent cities during the course of the financial year.
