My Nexon EV battery fails: Disappointing experience for warranty claim

Eventually, had to call Tata RSA and got it towed to the service center.

I have a Tata Nexon Prime bought in July 2020. Done 22K+ Kms till Aug 2023.

Primarily used in city.

On 31st August 2023, after a gap of 7days, Tried starting the car. Start Button worked, but car won't switch to any mode (Drive / Reverse / Sports).

This was my first experience with this car showing such problem. Till that point, had been great experience with this car.

Eventually, had to call Tata RSA and got it towed to the service center, Bengaluru for further diagnosis. 2-3 days Later, I was told that battery has gone bad. So I asked them to get a replacement as the battery is covered under warranty.

Today, as of 16th Oct, My car is still at the service center waiting to get the battery replacement. Have been chasing with Tata customer care & service centre with this.

I am very very disappointed with the way TML, TML customer care & the dealer have responded to this case.
