More images: Next-gen Hyundai Creta's interior

New images revealing the next generation Hyundai Creta's interior have surfaced online. The images appear to be taken at an assembly plant in China, where the Creta is sold as the ix25.

The car featured in the images has an all-black interior with piano black trim and silver inserts on the dashboard and centre console. It has a vertically oriented touchscreen infotainment system. The air-conditioning controls appear to be integrated into the infotainment system. It also has a 360-degree camera.

The car has a 3-spoke, multi-function steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster, while the engine start/stop button is located on the right hand side of the gear lever.

On the outside, the new Creta gets a redesigned cascade grille and new headlamps with L-shaped integrated LED daytime running lights. It has a dual-tone bumper with silver inserts, black plastic cladding around the wheel arches and new tail lamps.

The next generation Creta is likely to be offered with a choice of two petrol engines and one diesel engine option. These might include a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel unit. Transmission options might include 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and a CVT.
