Maruti Suzuki makes ESC standard across most models

Except for the Alto K10, S-Presso and Eeco, all models come equipped with this safety feature.

Maruti Suzuki now offers Electronic Stability Control (ESC), as standard across most of its offerings.

Except for the Alto K10, S-Presso and Eeco, all models come equipped with this safety feature. AMT variants of the S-Presso though get ESC. Additionally, the hill hold assist feature is now standard across all automatic and AMT variants.

Maruti Suzuki has also updated its entire range of cars and commercial vehicles to comply with BS6 Phase II norms. All models now come with OBD2 to monitor emission control systems in real-time and will notify drivers in case of a malfunction.

Maruti Suzuki's product portfolio comprises of entry-level hatchbacks, sedans, mid-size SUVs, MUVs and commercial vehicles. The carmaker recently introduced the Fronx crossover and is now gearing up to launch the Jimny.
