Like most carmakers, Mahindra too has increased the prices of its products from January 2022. According to the company's website, the prices of the XUV700 have gone up by Rs. 50,000-80,000, depending on the variant.
The XUV700 was launched in September last year at prices starting from Rs. 11.99 lakh, which was later revised to Rs. 12.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Now, the base MX Petrol MT variant costs Rs. 12.96 lakh, while the MX Diesel MT is priced at Rs. 13.47 lakh.
The XUV700 comes with two engine options: 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol producing 197 BHP and 380 Nm and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine that makes 182 BHP and 420 Nm (MT) / 450 Nm (AT). Both engines come with a choice of a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive is also available as an option.
