2022 KTM RC 125 teased ahead of its India launch

The 2022 KTM RC 125 will be powered by a 124.7cc engine that produces 14.3 BHP @ 9,250 rpm.

KTM has released a short teaser video of the upcoming RC 125 on Instagram with the caption - "Bred on the track with Grand Prix-inspired design and a race-derived chassis."

The video gives us a glimpse of the 2022 RC 125 finished in a white and orange colour scheme. The bike has an orange trellis frame and matching alloy wheels. It is also equipped with a digital instrument console.

According to a type-approval certificate, the India-spec RC 125 measures 1,965 mm in length, 701 mm in width and 1,150 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1,347 mm, which is 6 mm more than the outgoing model.

The document also reveals that the bike will be powered by a 124.7cc engine that produces 14.3 BHP @ 9,250 rpm.

KTM has updated the trellis frame of the RC 125 for the 2022 model year. The bike features new wheels and brakes that are said to reduce the overall weight by 4.4 kg. It will also get a larger 13.7-litre fuel tank.
