KTM 250 Adventure reaches dealerships

The 250 Adventure will be positioned below the 390 Adventure in KTM's line-up.

The upcoming KTM 250 Adventure has been spotted at a dealership ahead of its official launch.

The 250 Adventure is KTM's entry-level adventure touring bike that will be positioned below the 390 Adventure. The spy images indicate that it will get a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth and a halogen headlamp instead of an LED unit. It also misses out on features such as riding modes, ride-by-wire, off-road ABS and traction control.

The 250 Adventure will be powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which produces 29.5 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 24 Nm @ 7,500 rpm and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch.

The 250 Adventure will come with a single 320 mm disc brake at the front and a 230 mm disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. The bike will ride on MRF Mogrip Meteor FM2 tyres instead of the Continental tyres that are offered with the 390 Adventure.
