Kia India exports surpass the 2.5 lakh unit milestone

Kia India exports to over 100 international markets, including South Africa, Chile, Paraguay and Latin America.

Kia India has achieved a new milestone as exports surpassed the 2,50,000 unit mark.

Since 2019, Kia has exported 2,55,133 units to more than 100 overseas markets from its Anantapur manufacturing facility. The Seltos makes up a majority of the exports, accounting for 59%, followed by the Sonet and Carens contributing 34% and 7%, respectively.

India is one of the major export hubs for Kia. However, in recent years, the company has focused more on selling its cars in the domestic market. It is said that from this year, 90% of the products manufactured in India will be for the domestic market.

At present, Kia India exports to over 100 international markets, including South Africa, Chile, Paraguay and Latin America.
