Hyundai to launch Creta SX Executive variant

The 'SX Executive' is based on the SX trim but misses out on a long list of features.

According to a leaked document, Hyundai is planning to introduce a new variant of the Creta called SX Executive. It will cost Rs. 78,800 less than the SX variant.

The 'SX Executive' is based on the SX trim but misses out on a long list of features. It does not get the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It also misses out on features like Bluelink internet connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, burglar alarm, Arkamys Sound Mood, driver rearview monitor and voice recognition button.

The SX Executive variant does get a day / night IRVM and body-coloured door handles instead of the chrome ones. Additionally, it gets factory fitted features like Bluetooth Mic, Steering mounted audio controls, shark-fin antenna, rearview camera and USB port.

The Creta SX Executive will be offered with the 1.5-litre petrol engine that makes 113 BHP and 144 Nm and the 1.5-litre diesel unit that puts out 113 BHP and 250 Nm. Both engines will be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
