Home deliveries of Kia Seltos commence

Due to the lockdown imposed in India due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, Kia has started selling its cars online and delivering them to customers at their homes or offices. Now, a Gurugram-based professional has become one of the first people to get delivery of his Seltos.

Not only does Kia offer an online booking service for its cars, but it also offers an online test drive portal for customers. Both the Carnival and the Seltos are offered for a test drive. The company claims to sanitize the vehicles before delivering them to the customers.

While booking, customers can select the variant, colour, accessories and the preferred dealership. Those who have booked the car will be kept updated on the status of their booking via a dashboard. Company officials will also get in touch regarding finance options. After the loan gets approved, the purchase is reviewed by the customer and a delivery date and time is selected.

At present, Kia has two models on sale in India - the Seltos SUV and the Carnival MPV. The company is expected to launch the Sonet compact SUV later this year. The car is expected to compete with the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Maruti Vitara Brezza and the Mahindra XUV300.
