Gaurav Gill returns to Team JK Tyres

Team JK Tyre Rallying has announced that 3-time Asia Pacific and 6-time Indian National Rally champion Gaurav Gill will now lead the team in national and international events. 

Gaurav Gill will take part in the Champions Yacht Club Indian National Rally Championship in Chennai later this month. He also plans to enter the European Rally Championship and will take part in select events of the World Rally 2 Championship with JK Tyre.

JK Tyre and Gaurav Gill Rallying Academy will groom young talent in India. Beginners will be introduced to 600cc cross-karts. A full-fledged JK Tyre Rallying team for budding racers will be launched. It is likely to include FIA R2-spec cars developed by various Indian manufacturers.

Gill will also be involved in testing and developing new tyres for the brand.
