Force T1N test mules spotted post testing

he T1N platform is the company's newest monocoque panel van platform. It will get a BS6 compliant diesel engine as well as CNG and all-electric powertrains.

Two test mules of the next-generation Force T1N platform were spotted on a truck. The spy images reveal both, the short wheelbase and the long wheelbase versions of the vehicle. It is speculated that these test mules had been sent to Chennai for testing and were snapped on the way back somewhere in Satara.

The longer test mule has a yellow stripe on the side indicating a commercial variant while the smaller one could also be offered with a private registration. Both vehicles have single wheels on the rear axle indicating a lower GVW, and thereby won't require a heavy vehicle license for the driver.

The T1N platform is the company's newest monocoque panel van platform. It will get a BS6 compliant diesel engine that has peak torque of 350 Nm as well as CNG and all-electric powertrains. It has safety aids like all-wheel disc brakes, ABS with EBD, EDTC and ESP. The T1N platform is claimed to have been designed to comply with the latest crash safety standards including rollover safety.
