Citroen C5 Aircross reaches dealerships

The C5 Aircross will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The SUV will be equipped with Citroen's Progressive Hydraulic Cushions suspension.

The Citroen C5 Aircross has started reaching dealerships ahead of the car's launch in India. The SUV will be the brand's first offering in India.

The C5 Aircross is based on the PSA EMP2 platform. It measures 4,500 mm in length, 2,099 mm in width, 1,710 mm in height and its wheelbase is 2,730 mm.

The SUV will get LED projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, LED tail lamps and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. On the inside, it gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 6-speaker audio system, Comfort Seats, electrically adjustable driver seat, 2-zone automatic climate control and panoramic sunroof.

The C5 Aircross will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 174 BHP @ 3,750 rpm and 400 Nm @ 2,000 rpm. The engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The SUV rides on Citroen's Progressive Hydraulic Cushions suspension.

In India, the C5 Aircross will be offered in two variants - Feel and Shine.
