Citroen is all set to debut its new SUV Coupe, the Basalt, next month. It will challenge the Tata Curvv in the Indian market. Now, the latest teaser reveals new features that will be offered in the new model.

The latest teaser of the Citroen Basalt shows a glimpse of its interior. It highlights features like the rear AC vents, rear power window buttons that are now on the door panels, and electrically folding ORVMs. The SUV will still miss out on a sunroof by the looks of it.

The Basalt is also likely to get features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, wireless charging and more.

The Basalt will be offered with the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that powers the C3 Aircross. This engine makes 109 BHP and 205 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
