Bajaj teases upcoming CNG bike ahead of July 5 launch

Bajaj Auto's first CNG-powered bike is rumoured to be called Bruzer.

Bajaj Auto has released a teaser of its upcoming CNG bike. It will be launched on July 5, 2024.

The teaser shows a blue switch to toggle between CNG and petrol modes. It is located on the left handlebar. The same switch cube also houses the turn indicator switch.

The teaser also reveals a silhouette of the bike. Given its expected positioning in the market, the CNG motorcycle looks more utilitarian than sporty. It has a flat, single-piece seat and a round LED headlamp.

The new model is likely to be based on a double cradle frame and could be powered by a ‘sloper engine’. Bajaj says the performance will be comparable to that of a conventional 110-150cc engine.
