Bajaj Boxer Cafe Racer unveiled in Turkey

Of late, motorcycles with cafe racer styling have become quite popular in the Indian two-wheeler industry. Among the major players, Royal Enfield has the Continental GT and Hero Moto Corp has the Splendor Pro Classic. Now, Bajaj Auto has unveiled a café racer version of the Boxer 150 at the 2015 Turkey Motor Show.

The Boxer cafe racer sports a combination of blue and matt black paint, a round headlight, round turn-indicators, a small windshield, underbelly exhaust and 17-inch alloy wheels.

The motorcycle has a 144.8 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 12 bhp and 12 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a 4-speed gearbox. The bike also comes with an electric start.

At present, there is no information from Bajaj about bringing the Boxer cafe racer to India.
