Bajaj Auto's upcoming commuter motorcycle spotted again

In December 2015, we had reported that Bajaj was developing a new commuter motorcycle. Now, some more images of the bike have emerged.

The motorcycle's styling is reported to be a cross between a commuter and cruiser. Parts like the long and bulbous fuel tank, the seat, the rear end and rear suspension are cruiser-like in appearance. On the other hand, the handlebar, front suspension fork and positioning of the foot-pegs are more commuter bike-like.

Other features include alloy wheels, a new chrome-tipped exhaust and clear lens indicators.

The motorcycle is believed to be powered by a 150cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine mated to a 5-speed transmission. This bike is likely to be placed above the Discover in the company's model line-up.
