All the things I replaced in my Mahindra TUV300 in 2 years and 1.32L km

On the plus side, due to these age-related and preventive maintenance steps I am not expecting any major trouble for some time.

BHPian architect recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

Its been a somewhat expensive two years with the TUV 300. Here are the things I have had to change since June 2022

  1. Second set of tyres at 84,000 km (Geolandar AT) and second battery
  2. Vaccum modulator changed a couple of times (warranty)
  3. Intake manifold developed leakage (replaced part-paid)
  4. Starter Motor changed at 80,000 km (extended warranty)
  5. Steering Rack Serviced
  6. Timing Chain done
  7. All 4 shock absorbers changed
  8. AC Compressor and Condenser
  9. Alternator Bearing & Cutout
  10. Clutch Plate and Pressure Plate (including Slave Cylinder)
  11. Radiator Cleaning

On the plus side, due to these age-related and preventive maintenance steps I am not expecting any major trouble for some time. The total cost of Service and Maintenance in the last 50,000 km has been over Rs 1 lakh.

The car has 1,32,000 km and chugs along at 2,000+ km per month unless NGT rulings ban it during GRAP restrictions. It can be used in NCR till Dec 2027.
