473 bhp Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X Final Concept revealed

Mitsubishi has revealed the last hurrah of the Lancer Evolution. Named the Evo X Final Concept, the 4 door sports car will be showcased at the 2015 Tokyo Auto Salon. On the outside, the car features a matt black paint job with a gloss finished roof & rear spoiler. It also gets chrome details and 19 inch forced aluminium wheels. On the inside, the seats get red contrast stitching, but this is far from just a cosmetic update.

Under the hood is the same 2.0-litre four cylinder engine. However, the motor has been reworked by Japanese tuning firm HKS & the car also sits on an HKS height adjustable suspension. Changes include a high flow intake and exhaust system, an upgraded turbo-charger and inter-cooler & a remapped ECU. Put together, these alterations drive up the power output of the Evo X Final concept to 473 bhp. The power is driven through a 5-speed manual transmission to all four wheels.
