Honda BigWing India has released a couple of teaser images of the 2021 Gold Wing on Twitter, which suggests that the bike could be launched in the Indian market in the near future.

The 2021 Honda Gold Wing is already on sale in international markets. It comes in five variants - Standard, Automatic DCT, Tour, Tour Automatic DCT and Tour Airbag Automatic DCT.

The bike gets a few updates this year and one of the major additions is the integration of Apple CarPlay. The bike also gets minor styling updates, 11 litres of additional storage and a 55-watt audio system.

The new Gold Wing is lighter than before. Honda has also tweaked the engine and intake system and these changes are said to have improved fuel efficiency by 22%.

The bike is powered by a 1,833cc, liquid-cooled, 6-cylinder engine that produces 123 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm @ 4,500 rpm. The engine is mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The latter gets reverse and walking mode as well.
