Toyota Express Service facility launched in India

Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. has inaugurated its first Toyota Express Service (TES) facility at Galaxy Toyota, Rama Road, New Delhi. The facility is spread over 8,000 sq. ft., with three express maintenance bays. Toyota claims that the facility can service about 35 units a day.

With TES, Toyota aims to function in line with the EM60 (Express Maintenance 60) module. The company claims that it will ensure that customers will be provided the necessary service in the shortest time period with the use of sophisticated equipment, perfect ergonomy, synchronising processes and eliminating stagnation amidst them.

Dry washing technology has been introduced at TES to clean the vehicle body. Toyota claims that dry washed vehicles sport a better appearance than those washed conventionally, with water. This technology has been made available to customers at no extra cost.

The TES facility is located close to a full-fledged Toyota dealership, which will support it with the supply of parts.

Toyota is planning to expand the TES network. Centres will be opened in metro cities followed by Bangalore.
