MG Hector 1.5 Petrol now complies with E20 fuel

The govt. has mandated that all petrol-powered vehicles manufactured post-April 1, 2025, be E20-compliant.

JSW MG Motor India has introduced the E20-compliant Hector. The SUV is available in 1.5-litre Petrol MT and CVT variants.

The government of India has mandated that all petrol-powered vehicles manufactured post-April 1, 2025, be E20-compliant. MG has announced that all petrol variants of the Hector SUV rolling off the production line after March 31, 2025, will meet this standard.

Launched in 2019, the MG Hector has received a few updates over the years. Today, the prices for the Hector start at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Last week, MG announced the ‘Midnight Carnival’ offer for MG Hector customers. As part of this campaign, showrooms will remain open until midnight every weekend for a limited period. 20 lucky Hector buyers can avail of benefits worth up to Rs 4 lakhs and a chance to win a trip to London.
