Tata removes physical ICE buttons from Altroz

The physical buttons have been replaced with 'Altroz' lettering below the air conditioning vents.

Last month, we had reported that Tata removed the physical ICE buttons from the Nexon. Now, Tata has done the same with the Altroz.

Just like on the Nexon, the physical buttons have been replaced with 'Altroz' lettering below the air conditioning vents. The functions of the physical buttons and knobs on the centre console have now been integrated into the 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The touchscreen infotainment system now gets 'Harman' branding on top.

The Altroz is available with a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine that makes 85 BHP and 113 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel that puts out 89 BHP and 200 Nm. It also gets a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 109 BHP and 140 Nm.
