Suzuki Hayabusa registers record sales in India; 511 units sold

Since its launch, Suzuki has sold 2,400 units of the Hayabusa in India.

The Suzuki Hayabusa recorded the highest-ever sales in FY2025. 511 units were sold, translating to a growth of 71% over the previous fiscal.

The Hayabusa was the best-selling superbike in the 1,000-1,600cc motorcycle segment in FY2025. According to SIAM’s data, since its launch, Suzuki has sold 2,400 units of the Hayabusa in India.

Suzuki recently launched the 2025 edition of the Hayabusa at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 2025 edition features an updated launch control system and a cruise control system that allows the rider to switch gears without disengaging it.

The Hayabusa continues to be powered by the same 1,340cc, inline 4-cylinder unit that produces 187 BHP and 150 Nm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a bi-directional quickshifter.
