Tata Motors has introduced two new variants of the Harrier. The new XMS variant costs Rs. 17.20 lakh, while the XMAS trim is priced at Rs. 18.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The XMS and XMAS variants are based on the XM trim. In addition to the features available in the Harrier XM, the new variants get a panoramic sunroof as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. They also get automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, an 8-speaker audio system, electric foldable ORVMs and a reverse parking camera.
Powering the XMS and XMAS trims is the same 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 168 BHP and 350 Nm. The engine is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
