Skoda Kamiq spotted in India

The Skoda Kamiq mid-size SUV has been spotted in India. It is expected to be unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo.

The Kamiq is based on the MQB A0 platform. It measures 4,241 mm in length, 1,793 mm in width and 1,531 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,651 mm.

The Kamiq has a chrome grille with trapezoidal headlamps on either side. The LED daytime running lights are positioned on top of the main headlamps. The car has a dual-tone front bumper with a wide air dam. At the rear, the SUV has L-shaped LED tail lights and a dual-tone bumper with reflectors.

The spy images also reveal the Kamiq's all-black interior. The car has a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a twin-dial instrument cluster with an MID in the centre. It also gets a touchscreen infotainment head-unit.

In India, the Skoda Kamiq is expected to be offered with turbocharged petrol engine options.
